My Personal Story...
"In 2005, my doctor told me that if I didn't make a drastic lifestyle changes, I would not live to see my children grow up.  At 5'4", I weighed 198 pounds.  I came up with a game plan that included differentiating between "sometimes foods" and "all the time foods", like choosing more heart-healthy foods like fruits, vegetables, and foods with lower saturated fats.  Since 2005, I lost 80 pounds and kept it off. "
