My Personal Story...
"I struggled with my weight all of my life and after the birth of my children, my weight was up to 250 lbs. After I began to have health issues so at the age of 38, I decided that I would be ‘fit by forty’. I began a new healthy lifestyle. By the time I was 40 I had lost 100 lbs. I am now maintaining a heart healthy life."
