My Personal Story...
"The stress of today can really get to women. The juggling of so many activities and not watching what you eat can cause heart attacks. I had one at 43. There is recovery and life after a heart attack. I started running in 2004 and last year I completed the ½ marathon. Start taking care of yourself today."

-Debbie
